Hello, my name is Dana and I am the Office Assistant at Pediatric Dentistry of West Sacramento. I have been working in the Pediatric Dental field since 2010. I graduated with a bachelors degree in psychology from the University of California, Davis. I enjoy working at Pediatric Dentistry of West Sacramento because I love working with children. As Office Assistant, I assure that parents and patients have a good and smooth experience from the moment we speak over the phone to when they schedule their next appointment. On my leisure time I love spending time with my family and going on spontaneous trips with my dog Zoey. Some of my hobbies are hiking, biking, soccer, and the outdoors. I hope to see you and your children soon!
My name is Rim, and I earned my bachelor’s degree from University of Khartoum in Sudan. I worked as internship assisting dental students in the faculty clinics and then joined a group of community health researchers as a dental team member to screen school children in the rural parts of Khartoum for their oral hygiene. Two years later I worked for a non-profit organization assisting medical officers and dentists examining and treating less privileged children in North and East Africa. Then coming to the United States I started working as a dental assistant. In my spare time I like to walk, decorate and play with my kids.
I'm Gizelle, and I am a Long Beach native that migrated to Sacramento in 2015. I'm married to my high school sweetheart and have a grown son and daughter. I'm a seasoned RDA who has been helping the PDoWS team since May 2017 and is passionate about children’s dentistry and being engaged with the team, children and the community. When I'm not at work: I'm an ARC student, appreciate nature by walking around parks and the river, designs greeting cards, teach papercrafting workshops and enjoy time with family, friends and my three dogs.
Hi everyone, my name is Erik and I handle computers, multimedia, and communications for PDoWS. I cut my teeth (is that a dental pun?) many years ago as a network engineer for a giant telecom company, then furthered my experience in VoIP and web app development over the years since. In my spare time I like to build robot-like things (which I'm sure is surprising to many of you given my background) and you'll usually find me enjoying time with my wife and son, slowly renovating my house, goofing around in the Sierras on a dirt bike, and flying radio controlled contraptions that crash a lot.
